We want your pet to feel as comfortable and cozy as possible during their stay with us so you are free to bring anything you think would be beneficial to their comfort while here. We are able and happy to provide clean bedding, blankets, bowls, toys, as well as food if need be (although if your pet is sensitive, eating their own food may agree better while boarding) but please feel free to bring anything you’d prefer. We do however ask that big bedding stays behind as it cannot go into our washing machines in the event that it becomes soiled.
Our staff will take your pet (applies to our canines) out individually 3 times a day to stretch, sniff, and interact with us before heading back in to enjoy their little condo. We do not offer playtimes, or allow your pet to interact with other boarders for safety reasons but rest assured they’ll get out with us especially when the weather permits. Some of our kennels do offer both an indoor and outdoor run for the pet to go in and out as he/she pleases throughout the day. These are not always guaranteed but are an option based on availability.
For our cats, we have individual cat condos each equipped with litter boxes, perches, toys, blankets, bowls, and food as it coincides with your feeding regimen. Lots of pets provided as well!
In addition, while here we can provide grooming services such as baths, nail trims, and anal gland expression to your pet before you pick up.
To keep all our patients as healthy as possible, we require pets that are boarding to be up to date on ALL vaccinations, including canine influenza, 2 weeks prior to boarding.
