Emergency and/or Extended Care

When the unexpected happens in the blink of an eye we are here to help! If you find your pet in need of immediate attention we offer Emergency and Urgent Care options during our normal business hours. These services can be requested and utilized at an additional fee. If you feel you have an emergency, or may need to take advantage of these options, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 517-369-2161 for further assistance.

We know these situations can take you by surprise and can cause panic and distress to you and your fur baby. Please try to remain as calm as possible and provide as much detailed information as possible to us so we can be prepared and help you to the best of our abilities. The more we know the more we can help!

In some situations we may ask that you drop your pet off with us. No worries, our doctors will triage your pet and treat them as quickly as possible. This way we can monitor them throughout the day and allow us to take the time we need to run diagnostics. We will be in contact with you throughout the whole process though regarding your pets condition, our findings, and our suggested plan and treatment. Rest assured no matter the case your pet is in good hands!
